Reaux & Co Print House (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom printing and creative services including business cards, banners, sublimation products, DTF transfers, photo magnets, and more. These services are available through our website and may include local delivery and pickup options.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Orders & Custom Work

Full Payment Required: All personalized or custom orders must be paid in full prior to production.

Proof Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs before we begin production. We are not responsible for errors (e.g., typos, layout) approved by the customer.

Production Times: Estimated processing and production times are noted in product descriptions. Production begins once full payment and final proof approval are received.

Rush Orders: Requests for expedited services may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the issue date.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs or other factors.

A quote does not guarantee product availability or timeline unless confirmed in writing.

5. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Shipping: We ship via third-party carriers. Shipping timelines vary based on location and service selected.

Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available in Thibodaux, Louisiana. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Local Delivery: Available to qualifying local business addresses. Please see item listings for eligibility.

Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or theft occurring after a package has been handed off to a shipping carrier or delivered locally.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the item is defective due to an error made by Reaux & Co Print House.

If an error is found on our part, we may offer to reprint or replace the item at no cost to you.

To initiate a correction or issue claim, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with supporting photos and order information.

7. File Submission & Content Use

By submitting artwork, text, logos, or images:

You confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.

You grant us the right to use the files to fulfill your order.

We may reject files or projects that contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.

8. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Reaux & Co Print House remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement for transfer is made.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our templates, mockups, or proofs for other purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, missed deadlines, or client dissatisfaction related to printed materials. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion, especially if there is a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or use of offensive content.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
