At Reaux & Co, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made items. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an issue with the order on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email us at info@reauxandco.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, production may begin and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
