Question: Do you offer custom orders?
Answer:
Yes! We offer custom printing and laser services. Custom orders must be approved before production begins. Once approved, custom orders are final sale.


Question: How long does production take?
Answer:
Production times vary by product. DTF transfers typically take 1-2 business days. Custom items usually take 5–10 business days. Large or bulk orders may require additional time. Turnaround times do not include shipping.


Question: Do you offer local pickup?
Answer:
Yes! Local pickup or meet-up options are available in the Thibodaux - Houma / Lafourche - Terrebonne Parish areas. Details will be provided after checkout or once your order is placed.


Question: Do you ship orders?
Answer:
Yes, we ship nationwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.


Question: Can you help with artwork or designs?
Answer:
We can assist with basic layout adjustments or sizing. Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready unless design services are requested.


Question: What file types do you accept?
Answer:
Preferred file format for DTF is PNG (transparent background recommended).  SVG and print-ready PDF files are preferred for laser and print services. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll review it.


Question: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Answer:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom and printed items are final sale. If an error was made on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
