Create a custom trucker hat that is completely your own—either in person or through a FaceTime appointment.

During your appointment, we will guide you through our available hats, patches, chains, pins and other embellishments so you can design a one-of-a-kind Reaux custom trucker.

In-Person Appointment
Visit us by appointment to select your hat and build your design in person.

FaceTime Appointment
Shop with us virtually while we show you available hat styles, patches and upgrades in real time. Once your design is finalized, we will create your hat and prepare it for local pickup or shipping.

Booking Instructions

Please select the time you would like your appointment to begin.

Appointments generally last 30–60 minutes, depending on the number of hats being created and the complexity of the designs.

Inspiration Photos

Have a theme, color palette or hat design in mind? You may email or message us an inspiration photo before your appointment so we can better prepare available options.

Email inspiration photos to info@reauxandco.com or send them through our Facebook page. Please include the name used to book your appointment.

Inspiration photos are used as a guide. Exact hats, patches, colors and embellishments are subject to current availability.

Important Information

Final hat pricing varies based on the hat style, patches and upgrades selected.

Please provide the phone number connected to your FaceTime account when booking a virtual appointment.

Shipping charges are additional for mailed orders.

Appointment Fee & Rescheduling Policy

A $20 nonrefundable appointment fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your custom hat purchase.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time. After one reschedule, the appointment fee will be forfeited and a new appointment must be booked.

Cancellations are nonrefundable. Missed appointments and no-shows will also forfeit the appointment fee.
