Booking Instructions

Select the date and time you would like your Reaux Hat Bar event to begin.

Important: The booking calendar displays one-hour time slots, but the time you select is your event start time only—not the full length of your event.

For example:

• Selecting 2:00 PM–3:00 PM means your Hat Bar event will begin at 2:00 PM.
• Selecting 5:00 PM–6:00 PM means your Hat Bar event will begin at 5:00 PM.

Your selected time does not limit your event to one hour. Final event details, including setup time, service duration, location and expected number of guests, will be confirmed after booking.

A $100 nonrefundable booking fee is required to reserve your date. Hat Bar events require a minimum of 10 hats. Your date is not secured until the booking fee has been paid and your confirmation has been received.
